January in Michigan often means a lighter workload for me, which is welcomed after the craziness of fall sessions. It's a time for me to work on resolutions for my business and this year I want to make sure I book more lifestyle shoots. They truly are SO fun and rewarding. It can be a challenge to walk into a home not knowing the lighting situation, but I thrive on that thinking on my feet. Its so fun with kids in their homes because they're in their own element...which makes for beautiful candid images.
This family was my first pf the year and they did NOT disappoint!
